The building is very well designed and the flat comes with good quality appliances and furniture that suit the space. Everything is already prepared and functional before you move in, which takes a great deal of stress away from the moving process. The building and property management teams have been lovely to speak to and have been incredibly quick to respond to questions and queries, which has left me feeling secure and cared for as a tenant. They have been one of the best parts about Upperbanks, and have greatly contributed to making the development feel like a community.

A fantastic building that is beautifully furnished, clean, and made with high-quality materials. It offers a quiet environment, access to a communal area and a private dining room, as well as 24-hour concierge services. The management team is incredibly supportive, always available to assist, and greets you every morning with a warm smile to help you start your day on a positive note.
