We do not offer on-site parking; however, we have spaces reserved on the 1st floor of the Rochdale garage for our residents' use. This comes with a little extra fee.

No need to worry about setting up your internet when you move-in. We've got you covered by installing superfast broadband (100MB) throughout Duo at Upperbanks. Better still, it's included in your rent!
